Can I keep my existing clients?
Yes. You remain independent and can continue serving your own clients and working with other businesses or platforms.
Do I choose my schedule and locations?
Yes. You set your availability and select the hubs where you’re willing to practice. You decide which appointment requests to accept, subject to platform and location availability.
How do earnings work?
Your payment is shown in the appointment details before you accept. You keep 100% of your tips. We’ll walk you through platform terms and any applicable rental costs during onboarding. Booking volume and earnings vary.
What do I need to get started?
You’ll need the credentials required for the services and locations you choose, a government-issued ID, professional liability insurance, and a completed background check. These are reviewed as part of onboarding.
Do I need my own equipment?
You are responsible for the equipment and supplies needed for your services. Equipment rental options are available through our partners from $1 per day. Available equipment and rental terms can be discussed during onboarding.
Do I have to offer mobile massage?
No. You can choose hub-based appointments, mobile appointments, or both, depending on where you want to offer your services.
